Welcome to n-psych.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services, including the SMS messaging program provided by Levi Lipovenko PSYD PLLC dba N-Psych ("we," "us," or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms and PHI
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services. Your use of our services involves the creation and transmission of Protected Health Information (PHI), which is governed by our separate Notice of Privacy Practices and HIPAA regulations.
2. Neuropsychological Services
All evaluations and services are provided by licensed professionals. The information provided on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or psychological advice. Our services are subject to the terms outlined in your separate informed consent forms and our financial agreements.
3. SMS Appointment Reminder Program Terms (Twilio/Carrier Compliance)
These terms govern your participation in our SMS (text message) service (the "Service"):
Program Name: N-Psych Appointment Reminders and Scheduling Confirmations
Purpose: The Service is used to send you non-marketing, transactional text messages, including appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations related to your evaluations.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule. You will only receive messages relevant to your active appointments.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. You are responsible for any charges incurred.
Opt-In: You agree to receive these messages by explicitly checking the opt-in box on our online intake form.
Opt-Out/STOP: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the phone number you are receiving messages from. You will receive a final confirmation text that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent.
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS notifications about appointment reminders from N-Psych. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time. View our Privacy Policy by clicking here.

Warranty: The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any SMS messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile network operator.
